FAQ
1
How long does it take to produce and deliver custom labels?
We offer two delivery options:
Standard Production: 10 business days from artwork approval, our reliable baseline for most orders.
Rapid Response: 24-hour expedited fulfillment for urgent needs, enabled by our AI-optimized smart factory.
2
What label shapes can you customize?
Any shape you can imagine. Using custom precision die-cutting, we manufacture labels in any shape, circles, squares, complex contours, or brand-specific logos. No limitations. Whether you need kiss-cut stickers on a roll or die-cut individual pieces, our tooling adapts to your design.
3
How many colors can you print on custom labels?
No limits. Our presses support full-color CMYK plus multiple spot colors, including Pantone® matching for brand accuracy. Whether you need 4-color process for photorealistic images or 6–8 spot colors for brand-specific hues, our digital, flexo, and offset presses handle them all with precision.
4
Do you accept small orders? What is your MOQ?
Absolutely. We welcome orders of all sizes with a flexible MOQ starting at just 10 labels. Our digital press technology makes short runs economical, perfect for product testing, seasonal promotions, or startup launches.
For the best value, we often recommend ordering 50–100 pieces, as the price per label drops significantly while setup costs remain nearly the same. Need millions? Our flexo and offset presses handle high-volume runs with equal precision.
5
What kinds of label adhesives do you supply?
We supply a full range of pressure-sensitive adhesives engineered for diverse applications: permanent for long-term bonding, removable for residue-free peeling, freezer-grade for cold chain, high-tack for rough/low-energy surfaces, and ultra-clear for no-label looks. All comply with RoHS and REACH. From thermal rolls to anti-counterfeiting labels, we match the right adhesive to your substrate and environment.
6
What kinds of label materials do you supply?
Our labels are made of paper materials or "plastic" materials (polyester, polyethylene, polyolefin, and polypropylene). Our paper labels are ideal for a wide variety of standard label applications, while our plastic products are perfect for more challenging label applications, such as long life tracking labels or outdoor labels where the label needs to be durable and waterproof.
7
Do you supply samples?
Yes! We run a free sample request service so you can test a few different label options to make sure that they are the right product for your particular label application. You can request a sample by filling in our online Sample Request form or by getting in touch with our Customer Service Team.
